Replumi reviewer walkthrough | September 15, 2026 00:00:00 | Welcome to Replumi Welcome to Replumi, an inventory purchasing app for Shopify merchants. This edited walkthrough shows live development-store settings and a clearly labelled fictional demo of the purchasing workflow. No real customer information or supplier transactions appear in this video. 00:00:16 | Getting started in Shopify Install Replumi, then open it from Shopify admin. There is no separate Replumi account. On first launch, an authorized merchant accepts the data terms before the initial sync. This store is already installed and has accepted those terms. Settings controls the sales analysis period, supplier lead time, safety stock and target coverage. The connection section shows sync status and available order history. 00:00:41 | Inventory overview We now switch to the fictional Goodkind demo workspace, which has sample sales history and supplier catalogs. The dashboard summarizes inventory health. Products shows available stock, incoming quantities, daily sales, coverage and supplier offers for each variant. 00:00:58 | Arrival-aware recommendations Open a product to inspect its recommendation. These socks have six units available and about two sales per day. The recommendation considers demand, supplier lead time, case quantities and incoming inventory. The merchant reviews the suggested quantity before purchasing. 00:01:16 | Compare supplier offers Supplier offers makes the tradeoffs visible: unit cost, lead time, case pack, minimum quantity and stock information. A lower unit price may arrive too late to cover demand. Unknown supplier quantities and uncertain arrival dates need merchant review. 00:01:32 | Supplier setup Create or manage a supplier with its currency, lead time and purchasing minimums. These contacts and supplier names are fictional. Supplier-specific settings let the plan compare complete baskets, rather than assuming every vendor uses the same terms. 00:01:47 | Upload a supplier CSV In Imports, choose the supplier and upload a CSV catalog. This example uses vendor-specific headers such as Vendor code, Wholesale each and Transit days. The import wizard previews the file before any offers are confirmed. 00:02:01 | Map different vendor columns Map the supplier's columns to Replumi's fields. Here, Wholesale each becomes cost, Units available becomes available quantity, and Transit days becomes lead time. Check the currency, price basis, case pack and minimum quantity. Vendors do not need identical CSV headers. 00:02:20 | Review product matches Find product matches, then review the results before importing. Both example rows match existing product SKUs. Confirm the product, price and purchasing details for each row. Unmatched or uncertain rows require review. 00:02:35 | Inspect catalog changes Confirming the import opens a change report. This example shows two price decreases, reported stock quantities and supplier SKU changes, with previous and current values. Rows absent from this file leave existing offers unchanged. Review the changes before choosing a supplier. 00:02:52 | Calculate a purchasing plan Set a purchasing budget and maximum coverage, then calculate the plan. With a five-thousand-dollar budget, this example recommends four thousand nine hundred ninety-seven dollars and four cents across two suppliers. The result groups selected products into supplier baskets and explains quantity adjustments and deferred products. 00:03:12 | Review uncertainties The plan explicitly says Review Recommended. Expand the review items to inspect unknown arrival dates, catalog freshness and unconfirmed supplier quantities. Projected stockouts and suggested purchases are estimates. Review availability and quantities before committing to supplier orders. 00:03:30 | Prepare internal drafts Generate Purchase Orders opens a confirmation with saved quantities, supplier totals and warnings. The demo clearly states that it uses sample inventory and does not check a live Shopify store. In the connected workflow, refresh and review current Shopify inventory before creating drafts. 00:03:49 | Confirm draft orders After reviewing the warnings, acknowledge them and create the drafts. Replumi creates two internal purchase orders in this example. It does not email suppliers or place orders on your behalf. 00:04:00 | Review the purchase order Open a draft to review supplier SKUs, quantities, case counts, prices and expected arrival dates. This Northline order totals three thousand one hundred twenty-two dollars and twenty-eight cents. Shipping and taxes are excluded and must be confirmed with the supplier. 00:04:17 | Export the supplier CSV Click Export CSV to prepare the file, then use the Download link. The merchant can review the file and share it with the supplier through their usual ordering process. Preparing the CSV does not send an order. 00:04:31 | Track a sent order After arranging the order with the supplier, use Mark as sent to update its internal status. The expected arrival date helps planning distinguish incoming supply from stock that is already available. 00:04:43 | Record a partial delivery Receiving accepts the total quantity received to date for each product. Here, twelve units of socks are recorded and the order becomes Partially received. Receiving does not increase Shopify stock. Purchasing for received products stays paused until the merchant checks fresh Shopify available stock in the product details. 00:05:02 | Plans, counting and grace period Back in the live development store, Plans and usage counts eligible variants automatically. Starter includes twenty-five hundred variants for twenty-nine U.S. dollars, or thirty-nine Canadian dollars, every thirty days. Growth includes ten thousand for fifty-nine U.S. dollars, or seventy-nine Canadian dollars. An over-limit store gets seven days to upgrade. After that, only new plans and new purchase orders pause. Existing orders, receiving, exports and syncing remain available. Subscription changes require Shopify approval. Shopify handles upgrade proration. An approved subscription is required for new purchasing plans and orders. Development subscriptions are no-charge tests. 00:05:45 | Ready for reviewer testing That completes the workflow from inventory and supplier CSVs to a reviewed purchasing plan and partial delivery. This video demonstrates functionality; it does not certify App Store approval or completion of every launch check. For help testing Replumi, contact Andrew at andrew at replumi dot com.
