Who is Replumi for?

Shopify merchants who buy inventory from suppliers and want a clearer way to manage stock. Replumi connects purchasing plans and supplier catalogs with purchase orders, stocktakes, location tools and inventory cost reports.

My suppliers use different CSV formats. Will that work?

Yes. Supplier files don’t need identical column names. Map each supplier’s columns to Replumi’s fields, review the product matches, and save the layout for future imports. You confirm the mapping before importing.

Does Replumi place orders automatically?

No. You review the plan and decide what to buy. Create or edit purchase orders, add your branding, and download PDFs or CSVs to send to suppliers. Nothing is ordered without your decision.

How does it use my Shopify inventory?

Shopify remains the source of truth for store inventory. Replumi combines synced inventory and sales with supplier information, incoming stock, and your purchasing rules. Receiving, stocktake corrections and transfers can update Shopify only after you enable the relevant optional permissions and confirm an action. Planning does not require inventory write access.

Can my team count stock and print barcode labels?

Yes. A stocktake can cover up to 5,000 variants at one location, split into groups assigned to Shopify staff. Barcode receiving works with a compatible scanner that enters codes like a keyboard. Label printing uses your existing Shopify barcodes and supports two thermal sizes, A4 sheets and US Letter sheets. It does not create new barcode numbers.

How are inventory costs calculated?

Replumi starts with known Shopify product costs, then updates moving weighted average costs from confirmed purchase-order receipts into Shopify. Products with missing or uncertain costs are flagged and excluded from the known inventory value. Freight and duties are tracked separately as landed costs per order and are not automatically added to the inventory average.

Can I install Replumi today?

Yes. Install Replumi from the Shopify App Store, then open the app in Shopify admin to connect your store and choose a plan. Eligible new stores receive a 30-day free trial.
